Korea
In 2007, we sold, gave away or threw away all of your belongings. We boarded a plane with five bags and two kids and started our new lives in East Asia. It was a fairly easy transition for us...Koreans are very family centered, so our family fit right in. Our curly headed kids are popular with the locals. They sometimes even get us free stuff...
Todd

I am in my 11th year of teaching. I currently teach MS Humanities and Foundation Spanish at Gyeonggi Suwon International School, South Korea. Before moving to Korea, both my wife and I taught in Dallas (Oak Cliff) Texas. It has been great teaching at the same schools with my wife...have all the same weekends and holidays off. She may not feel the same way.
Helena
Helena, our 3 year old going on 18. From one day to the next she went from an easy going, laid back child to a opinionated, want to have the last word little human. She keeps life interesting! If is not pink, I don't want it - is her motto. She keeps asking to go back to Thailand to play on the beach.
Ian

Ian is a video game playing, star wars watching, snack eating, book reading, movie loving, question asking first grader. He would describe himself as a "risk taker" because he willingly took a bite of an onion. He wants to move to China because of the food...Chinese and hummus are the only foods we don't have to tell him over and over to eat.
Hello

For our family and friends who don't facebook but want more than an email, this blog is for you...
"Vagabond - leading an unsettled or carefree life." This has been our goal since moving over seas...not there yet, but closer.
We are in our third year in Suwon, Korea. It has been (and still is) a great experience. We have learned many new things, tried new foods, visited new places and made new friends. Don't know how much longer this experience will last, but we will always be better for it.
